By accessing or using BenefitsCheck™ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Not Government Affiliated

BenefitsCheck™ is not a government agency. We are a private company providing informational services. Our screening results are estimates based on publicly available eligibility criteria. Only the official benefit programs can make final eligibility determinations.

4. No Guarantee of Benefits

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee:

That you will qualify for any specific program
The amount of benefits you may receive
The accuracy of information about program requirements (which change frequently)
Approval of any application you submit

Always verify information directly with the relevant government agency.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when using the screening tool
Use the Service only for lawful purposes

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICOACH SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iCoach Solutions, a Life Financial Group Corporation from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.
